SITE POLICY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

This Site Policy governs the use of the Seatech Maritime Training LMS by all authenticated users.

1. Authorized Use. The LMS is intended solely for:

  • Official maritime training and assessment

  • MARINA-approved distance learning activities

  • Academic communication related to enrolled courses

2. User Responsibilities. Users must:

  • Use only their assigned accounts

  • Keep login credentials confidential

  • Follow course rules and assessment instructions

  • Act with academic honesty and professionalism

3. Prohibited Activities. Users must not:

  • Share accounts or impersonate others

  • Attempt to bypass security controls

  • Upload malicious or unauthorized content

  • Engage in cheating, impersonation, or fraud

4. Monitoring and Logs. The Training Center may monitor system usage, attendance, and activity logs for:

  • Academic integrity

  • Security

  • Regulatory compliance

5. Account Management. Accounts may be suspended or deactivated for:

  • Policy violations

  • Completion of training

  • Regulatory or administrative requirements

6. Disciplinary Actions. Violations may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Invalidated training records

  • Reporting to appropriate authorities when required
