This Ship Safety Officer Course in-house course covers the mandatory training requirements for seafarers designated as Ship Safety Officers onboard, in compliance with the Code of Safe Working Practices for Merchant Seafarers (COSWP), the ISM Code, and STCW guidelines regarding maritime safety, occupational health, and accident prevention.
This course requires a total of eight (8) instructional hours or one (1) day course to cover theoretical frameworks, risk assessment workshops, and incident investigation methodologies.
